Sinopec raw materials
All the polypropylene raw materials used in our factory come from large national suppliers such as Sinopec and PetroChina, among which the main model is Sinopec K8303 polypropylene.

Refuse to add calcium powder
In order to reduce costs, some manufacturers on the market will add 5%-10% calcium powder to the raw materials to increase the weight of the bucket, which actually seriously weakens the toughness and impact resistance of the plastic.
Calcium powder is not easy to find within 0-6 months, but after 6 months, it will be gradually released under long-term immersion in liquids such as pesticides and greases, polluting the liquid in the bucket and easily causing secondary quality accidents.
Our factory promises: 0 calcium powder addition, 0 auxiliary material doping, and pure materials are used to manufacture each plastic bucket. The product does not whiten, deteriorate, or react during use, truly protecting the load.
Central feeding system to prevent artificial addition
Traditional manual seasoning methods are prone to human errors, uneven mixing, and arbitrary addition of auxiliary materials. Our factory uses a fully automatic central feeding system to deliver the specified model of raw materials to the injection molding machine through a pipeline system. The entire process is unmanned and effectively avoids the artificial addition of non-compliant auxiliary materials such as color powder and calcium powder.
It not only improves production efficiency but also fundamentally guarantees the consistency and safety of the product.
Use of high-end masterbatches
Our factory only uses Shanghai Persian masterbatches, with an average price of $4829/ton. Compared with color powder, masterbatches have the following advantages:
- Not easy to absorb moisture, not stick to containers, and easier to mix;
- Good dispersibility, accurate measurement, and extremely strong color stability;
- Environmentally friendly and pollution-free, in line with national production standards.
Low-priced color powders on the market are only $2080/ton, but not only are they unstable, they are very easy to change color when exposed to heat or exposure, and have serious dust pollution, and have long been inconsistent with environmental protection policies.
